Store Credit 

Q: How do I see my current store credit balance?

A: Login in to your account, then navigate to the account page, you will a link that says STORE CREDIT, when clicked you will be able to see your credit balance.

 

Q: How do I redeem my credit?

A: To redeem your credit, please make sure to add the items you want to the cart first, then navigate to your account page and click on the store credit link, a popup will appear with your balance and you will be able to select to either use the full credit or enter an amount you wish to use, then click on checkout on that popup, that will take you to the cart page and you will be able to see you total minus the credit you have,

A: Our supported PD range is : 44-80 which covers up to 95% of the adult population.

Q: How to measure PD?

A: Take your glasses off and position yourself 30-40 cm from the screen with face parallel to the camera and eyes clearly visible, move away loose hair covering eyes and Hold card at the top corner.
