once we get your frame you will receive an email and we will process your prescription with the options chosen,
It look well about 1 1/2 months to get my glasses! The website says ships w/i 1-5 business day!…well that is ONLY if the glasses are in stock! I had to wait over a week for mine to come in! I placed a separate order for my lenses. My glasses arrived w/o the lenses. So I had to return them so they could put the lenses in! That took another week! I reached out to them several times…the reps were very unapologetic & attitude was short!. I felt like I was a burden & taking up their time! There wete a few days when their reps weren’t even available because call volume was high. The automated system wouldn’t transfer the call. Nonetheless, it took another week and a half for me to finally get my glasses!
I purchased a gram with colored lenses, this were terrible color, I paid them again to re do the lenses and again a horrible blue that looks like a kids toy! I never had those issue with other opticians!
I ordered a nice pair of Tom Ford glasses at a reasonable price. I needed progressive glasses with transition lens. I made and mistake and ordered regular sunglasses. The process to return and corrected was easy and the customer service was great. Thank you
One of the worst experiences of “customer service” I’ve ever received. I ordered what i wanted online, after a month of not hearing from them or the order i called to check on it. I was told ww are iut od that frame. You had no problems taking and keeping my money, but couldn’t let me know what I ordered was no longer available!?!? Then took longer than quoted to grt my backup choice. Never apologized and didn’t seem to care at all. Buy elsewhere!

Your credit card will not be charged until we have confirmed with you by phone or by email that your item qualifies for our Price-Match Guarantee.
Please Follow those easy steps for returns
1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
