Converse was founded in 1908 in Malden, Massachusetts by Marquis Mills Converse, a manager at a footwear manufacturing firm. The humble beginnings of the brand were as a rubber shoe manufacturer that slowly progressed to making sports and athletic shoes in 1915. By the mid-’40s, the brand was making rugged footwear for the military and slowly built its domination up until the 1970s.
The brand has since transformed into a major cultural icon, recognized for its Chuck Taylor sneakers. But ever since it was acquired by Nike, the brand has focused on building lifestyle accessories too, bringing fresh styles to the world.
Our Converse collection of eyeglasses and sunglasses brings that same fresh flair as their sneakers do. The sleek designs and street-ready styles are great for highlighting the youthful personality of its wearer and completing their casual outfits with a touch of personality.
