Please Follow those easy steps for returns
Please fill out the form below in order to get a Return Authorization, you will receive instructions on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and with the label we will provide you.
Make sure to confirm us via e-mail the shipping date
Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
We will attach a shipping label for your return via email. A fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund as the label is used.
If you do not choose to use the attached return label the order number should be included with your return so that we may process your return accurately. You will be refunded for the original amount of your order minus a $5 handling fee.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. We will refund the original amount of your order minus any shipping charges and handling fee. Orders including 3 or more frames that are being returned, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
The refund will only be through the original payment, Credit card.
We will NOT accept returns on used items. Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, clean and returned with all the accessories, certificate and case. The article must be sent in its original packaging. All the returned items is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits.
All custom lenses are non Returnable/refundable, including Prescription orders, Readers, None Prescription Customized Lenses, if you feel that the prescription or customized lenses was done incorrectly please contact us, if we find that it was an error we will redo it for free.
Returns received damaged will be deducted a 20% fee.
Please make sure to request a signature for the package you are returning. (If your return was not received by our warehouse and does not have a signature required, we
will not be responsible for the refund.)
- International returns is on the customers behalf, we do not provide return labels or reimburse for the returned shipping expenses.

Cancellation will be accepted on an order based on the following:
If the order has not yet been packaged and shipped from our warehouse
An order with prescription can only be cancelled if the lenses hasn't been ordered or worked on yet

You can return all unopened boxes for an exchange, store credit or refund, as long as they are still sealed in their original packaging and it’s within 14 days of receiving them.
