This website/company is 100% a scam and I would avoid any purchases at all cost. I wish I did my research, and read all there is online about them. You should believe all the negative stories they are so true I ordered two pair of glasses that shipped really fast and got "delivered" very fast as well. The problem is that fedex which is the THEIR OWN shipping company they use delivered the glasses to a totally different townhouse. The delivery photo was not of my door mat and I provided the costumer service 4 photos showing I have a different Matt and front door. The delivery photo dosent show my apt #, my door mat my ring door bell, or my decor hanger, I even have security footage showing no one from fed ex was at my door and still designer optics customer service responded to me 3 times "it's been delivered" . The craziest part is they add a "shipping protection" for $7 (they make this very sneaky there is an option to remove it but you have to know to do this) and they they just "deny" the claim after you pay EXTRA for protection for a situation like this . I am $320 dollars out for a present and I expressed many times to them I really wanted this resolved before the 9th so I can either have the glasses or afford something else and now 3 days before I have neither and I have to cancel my card with my bank report this as fraud. Such a mess and headache I had to file a police report, and have walked around looking for the package and it's just very stressful not to mention I keep calling/emailing/following up for nothing! I had high hopes for this company but they are dishonest unprofessional and bad business

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
