Size DetailsThe glasses are fine. They fit well and the prescription seems correct. Where there is room for improvement is the customer communication. The order confirmation (2/27/2026) said "Ships within 1 to 5 days". After nearly 2 weeks (3/10/2026) I contacted customer service, the response was prompt and I was informed that the lab received my order about 5 days after I placed it and it would take another 3 to 10 to process my prescription. 10 days later (3/20/2026) I had not received an update or a notice that the item was shipped, so I contacted customer service again. They responded a few hours later noting that my glasses were in "the final stage at the lab." The shipment confirmation arrived 6 days (3/26/2026) later and I received them 4 days after that 3/20/2026 - 30 days after they were ordered. My complaint is not so much with the length of time for delivery (although not ideal), but with the lack of communication about the order. My local pizza shop gives me a step-by-step update when they're preparing my pizza. You could at least provide an update when the order is taking longer than what the order confirmation stated. If there's an issue with the supply chain or whatever, the customer should be informed.

DesignerOptics does a great job in making the lenses fit nicely into the frames. I've tried other companies and they do not do as good a job as DesignerOptics.

I thoroughly searched for a new pair of glasses, and settled on the Fundamentals F107 in Brown. These are a great pair of glasses, they are well made and fit well! I feel like I got a fair price from Designer Optics. The glasses were made and shipped pretty quickly. And best yet, I can see!!

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
