Every Seadrift frame comes equipped with Costa's patented 580 lens technology—available in both glass and polycarbonate. These aren't ordinary polarized lenses. The 580 system filters out harsh yellow light at 580 nanometers and blocks harmful high-energy visible (HEV) blue light, enhancing reds, greens, and blues for superior color contrast and definition. All lenses provide 100% UV protection and 100% polarization to eliminate reflected glare from water, sand, and other surfaces. The proprietary C-Wall coating adds scratch resistance and repels water, oil, and sweat for easy cleaning.

Hydrolite rubber grips the nose pads and temples to keep the frames locked in place even when you're running at speed or working in the spray. Temple tip retainer holes let you add a retention strap so your sunglasses stay with you, not at the bottom of the lake.
