I received an email from Designer Optics, which is a company I had not ordered from in the past. My existing Flexon Benjamin 600 frames are showing wear, and I decided to replace them while using my existing lenses. I have ordered these same frames with and without lenses in the 54x18 size numerous times in the past from other online retailers. When I received my order, it was not the Flexon Benjamin 600 in the Brown/210 color that I ordered but the less costly Flexon 600 Coffee/210 color that were shaped differently than my lenses. Customer service was very helpful in providing me a mailing label to return the incorrect frames for the ones I had ordered. I made a point of detailing the precise frames I had ordered. The second pair I received were the Flexon Benjamin 600 frames in the Brown/210 color but in the 56x18 size instead of the 54x18 size I ordered to match my existing lenses. At this point, I decided to not try and go through the exchange process again, and just take these frames to a local optician to get new lenses after my next eye doctor appointment.
