Fast and accurate

Frames replaced a frame damaged during a fall.
Frames arrived in a few days just put my old lenses in and I was good to go. For a lot less money!!

Bait and switch

They SAY two day shipping but that is not true. It will take 8 to 10 days to get your order ready and THEN it's two day shipping. So it is really 10 to 12 days and they did not disclose this prior to purchase. I told them to cancel the order. They shipped it anyway. I've mentioned this in several emails and they have always ignored the information about cancelling and don't address it.

I will not do business with them again.
