I’d like to begin by saying that I’m a repeat customer and have purchased several pairs of sunglasses from your company in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience may be my last. I placed an order on June 23rd and paid for expedited shipping to ensure delivery in time for an upcoming event. However, the sunglasses did not arrive until July 18th.
At the very least, I would have expected a refund for the expedited shipping that was not honored. As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a higher level of service and accommodation in this situation.
