Frame came in and both temple arms were curved outwards and noticed that it was a simple fix however after having them adjusted so many times and finally finding the right fit the glasses kept slipping down my face excessively and feeling loose despite tightening the glasses there was nothing that was working and finally the defect was found to be in both temple arms and that the frame was twisted along with the bottom of frame being bent inwards on the right side after spending an entire week trying to fix the defects and there was nothing way it could be fixed.
I am sending the frame back in hopes to get a pair that is not defective as I have been without glasses for 6 months now and I can’t see out of my distance and up close in both eyes and wear progressive lenses plus I have very sensitive eyes due to having severe dry eye disease and was done dirty by an eye clinic which is why I had to purchase online to get a replacement of the same frame and I had an optician help me find a replacement pair online and was so happy that I did and my lenses popped in flawlessly and fit perfect seeing everything matched so this is just upsetting that I have to go even longer with no glasses so all I ask is that before shipping a pair of glasses off to please inspect and to package with bubble wrap to ensure that customers get what they pay for even thouugh there was no shipping damage the frame is defective and ask that glasses be inspected before shipping.

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
