Size DetailsThese glasses have proven to be child-proof. These can be twisted and bent in any direction and this STILL looks brand new and wearable!
Frames were good. I chose a light tint for sunglasses and to also wear inside. A faded color lighter to clear towards the bottom. No where did it state that the smaller the lense the less of the fade we would see. I received them and there was almost no fade at all and definitely no clear. These glasses were not wearable inside so we spent almost 300 on glasses that will only be worn in the summer. They would not let me return my glasses because they were tinted. This should be somewhere in the description bc once you customize you cant get a refund or exchange.
I have ordered 3 pair of glasses here with good results but this last pair was not good the lenses are blurry. I double checked prescription and what I sent was correct. Would like to have information to return.
I’ve owned these frames before but I really liked this website offered upgrades on the quality of the lenses!
Ordered prescription lenses...they cut and installed the wrong lenses (after written and verbal details). Talk to a wall for better result. Sent everything back so now, a week after receiving back the glasses, they still ask me questions and details of what I need. Plus, it will take 7 to 10 business day to have the work completed. Very disapointed in the Designer Optics company. Never again for me or family! Try your luck elsewhere!

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
