Wrong frame size was sent
I recently ordered glasses from this company and submitted my prescription as required. Unfortunately, I received the wrong lenses. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was informed that I would need to pay for the lenses to be corrected.
I strongly believe that it is unfair to charge me for the return of the incorrect glasses and then expect me to pay again for the correct lenses. There was no communication from the company regarding any issues with my prescription prior to processing my order, which would have been a simple way to prevent this mistake.
As a customer, I expect better service and accountability. I urge the company to reconsider their policy in situations like this.
