DESCRIPTION RATINGS & REVIEWS PRESCRIPTION GUIDE

The L.A.M.B. LA076 eyeglasses bring Gwen Stefani's signature blend of Hollywood glamour and street-smart edge to your everyday look. These prescription-ready rectangle frames feature a modified shape that sits somewhere between classic rectangular and softly upswept cat-eye—a versatile silhouette that flatters round, oval, and heart-shaped faces by adding definition without overwhelming your features.

Design That Stands Out

Built from lightweight cellulose acetate, the LA076 delivers all-day comfort without sacrificing durability. The full-rim construction provides excellent lens stability, while the material itself is hypoallergenic—ideal if you're sensitive to certain metals or plastics. What really sets these frames apart is the pattern play: many colorways feature contrasting temple designs that add visual interest from every angle. The decorative metal accents at the hinges are a subtle nod to L.A.M.B.'s fashion-forward DNA.

Spring Hinges for Real Comfort

The LA076 comes equipped with spring/flex hinges, a feature you'll appreciate the moment you put them on. Unlike standard hinges that open to a fixed 90-degree angle, spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward, automatically adjusting to your head width. This means less pressure on your temples, fewer headaches during long wear, and significantly better durability—the frames can handle being opened wide or accidentally sat on without snapping. If you wear glasses all day or have an active lifestyle, spring hinges are a game-changer.

Prescription-Ready & Progressive-Eligible

These frames accept single-vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses, making them a practical choice whether you need distance correction, reading help, or multifocal coverage. The frame height and shape provide enough vertical space for progressive lens corridors to work comfortably. Pair them with anti-reflective coatings, blue-light filtering, or photochromic lenses to customize your eyewear exactly how you need it.

The L.A.M.B. LA076 eyeglasses come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty and ship with a protective case and cleaning cloth. Available in multiple colorways including tortoise, black marble, and grey, these frames let you channel a little rock-star confidence into your daily routine.

Fabulous glasses!

Love these L.A.M.B. frames! So flattering! Lenses are perfect, too. I hate to take them off at night! Get lots of compliments on them, too. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Don't think theft insurance should be on customer!

I don't think that the customer should have to pay an additional fee for theft insurance. That should be on the company who is mailing out the item, not the person receiving it. I was unhappy with this charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the L.A.M.B. LA076 eyeglasses suitable for prescription lenses?

Yes, the LA076 frames are fully prescription-ready and accept single-vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses. The full-rim acetate construction provides excellent lens stability, and the frame dimensions offer enough vertical height for progressive lens corridors. You can customize them with anti-reflective coatings, blue-light blocking, photochromic lenses, or polarized sun lenses.

What are the benefits of spring hinges on these frames?

The spring hinges on the LA076 allow the temples to flex outward beyond 90 degrees, automatically adjusting to your head width for a comfortable, secure fit. This reduces pressure on your temples and ears, makes the frames more durable and resistant to breakage, and helps them stay in place during physical activity. Spring hinges typically extend frame life by 40-60% compared to standard hinges.

What face shapes work best with the LA076 frames?

The LA076's modified rectangle shape with subtle cat-eye influence works well for round, oval, and heart-shaped faces. The angular lines add definition to round faces, while the balanced proportions complement oval faces naturally. The frame width and upswept corners help balance a wider forehead on heart-shaped faces. The medium width makes them versatile for most face sizes.

What is L.A.M.B. eyewear and who designs it?

L.A.M.B. (Love. Angel. Music. Baby.) is an eyewear collection designed by Grammy-winning singer Gwen Stefani. Launched in January 2016, the line quickly won three Vision Monday Reader's Choice awards. The collection blends classic Hollywood glamour with modern street influences, featuring bold shapes, graphic patterns, and quality materials that reflect Stefani's iconic personal style.

What material are the LA076 frames made from?

The LA076 frames are made from cellulose acetate, a premium plastic material known for its lightweight comfort, durability, and hypoallergenic properties. Acetate is ideal for all-day wear because it's lighter than metal, doesn't irritate sensitive skin, and holds rich colors and patterns well. The full-rim construction provides excellent structural support for prescription lenses.

Do these frames come with a warranty?

Yes, all L.A.M.B. eyewear is backed by a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The frames also come complete with a matching protective case and microfiber cleaning cloth. This warranty provides peace of mind for your investment in quality designer eyewear.

L.A.M.B. LA076 vs. Similar Designer Acetate Frames

If you're considering the L.A.M.B. LA076, you might also be weighing other designer acetate rectangle frames. Here's how the LA076 stacks up against comparable options in our collection.

L.A.M.B. LA076 vs. L.A.M.B. LA095

Staying within the L.A.M.B. family, the LA095 offers a different frame shape while maintaining the same design philosophy. Both feature quality acetate construction with spring hinges and Gwen Stefani's signature blend of glamour and edge. The LA076's modified rectangle shape tends to be more universally flattering, while the LA095 may offer a bolder or more distinctive silhouette depending on your style preference. If you love the L.A.M.B. aesthetic, compare the actual shapes to see which complements your face better—both deliver the same quality and warranty.

L.A.M.B. LA076 vs. Kate Spade Myrna

The Kate Spade Myrna represents a more budget-friendly alternative, starting at $49 compared to the LA076's $205.92. Both are full-rim acetate rectangle frames suitable for prescription lenses, but the aesthetic differs significantly. Kate Spade leans preppy and playful with feminine details, while L.A.M.B. brings a rock-and-roll edge with bolder patterns and street-inspired style. If you prioritize unique pattern work and spring hinge durability, the LA076 justifies its higher price. If you prefer a more understated, classic look at a lower investment, the Myrna is worth considering.

L.A.M.B. LA076 vs. Coach 6110

The Coach 6110 sits in the middle ground at $100-121, offering established American luxury branding with quality acetate construction. Coach frames tend toward timeless, conservative styling—think boardroom-ready rather than backstage-pass cool. The LA076's spring hinges and distinctive temple patterns give it an edge in both comfort technology and visual interest. Choose Coach if you want a frame that blends into professional settings; choose L.A.M.B. if you want your glasses to be a conversation starter.

Our take: The L.A.M.B. LA076 delivers the best combination of distinctive design, comfort-focused engineering (those spring hinges really matter), and celebrity-designer cachet. If Gwen Stefani's aesthetic speaks to you and you value frames that stand out, the LA076 is worth the investment. For tighter budgets or more conservative style preferences, the Kate Spade and Coach alternatives offer solid quality with different brand personalities.
