Ordered a pair of sunglasses and it was delivered in a timely matter. Upon opening the package I noticed the the pair of Oakley sunglasses were not in the protective sleeve(it was not in the package) and the glasses were broken and the lenses we’re severely scratched (deep scratches). I immediately emailed the support time and provided numerous pictures of the sunglasses. After several emails they informed me that they would not exchange or provide me with a refund! They informed me that prior to delivery there products go through an extensive quality control check. Keep in mind I emailed within minutes of receiving my notification from the company that was package was delivered, not days or hours, but minutes. Additionally I went on google reviews to see if this was a common problem and apparently it was! My recommendation do your research prior to buying for any online store and DO NOT buy from this company!
