Purchased my glasses online for the first time and decided to go with your team. Well it’s kind of confusing to order a tint of hen it doesn’t specifically say what part of my glasses you’re talking about..I bought the Gucci prescription with clip on sunglasses ..to my surprise the Gucci prescription was tinted as well as the clip..I reached out to your team and they wanted me to pay for a new prescription..I already spent close to $700..very very disappointed with the customer care and will never order again..I probably would have been a frequent buyer if you would have handled my order differently.how hard is it for you to re make my prescription? I don’t it would have broke you financially and you would have gained a satisfied client
I made 2 separate orders and both were a mess. I waited the 14 days after my orders had been made and heard nothing about my orders being sent. I called after 21 days and the agent found that my orders had been received but had been missed. He was able to get one of the orders completed and I received them. The 2nd order, I messaged through the chat after receiving the first pair and was alerted the 2nd order hadn't been processed either. Rather than push for 2nd pair to be sent, I canceled my order. It was such a bad experience.

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
