I purchased a pair of glasses and chose my options submitted my subscription when I receive them they're too big. When I contacted the company they said there's no guarantee on custom glasses. And offered me a 10% coupon. I'm not sure what's custom about prescription glasses when all I did is choose from the drop down options. All the other prescription glasses companies give you a guarantee and a warranty. So now I lost $500 to you and I have to go spend another $500 to buy new ones at another company. It's Wonderful

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
