We originally got our XOXO Lisbon frames at a retail location and my daughter absolutely loved them. She loved them so much that she decided to forgo getting new frames this year and opted to just get replacement lenses for her new prescription. Within a month of getting her new lenses, one of her classmates stepped on her classes, and although the retail location was able to get them fixed too be mostly usable, they were not able to replace them as they no longer carried the Lisbon frames. My daughter was not able to find any other frames that she liked so you can imagine how happy I was to find them available on Designer Optics. It was also so happy to find that I was able to use my FSA debit card on their website to purchase replacements. With a little help from the YouTube world, I was able to get her lenses out of her old frames and into the new ones and I have one very happy 13-year-old!
My only wish would be that Designer Optics had some online tutorials that came with purchasing their items so I could’ve felt more confident in what I was doing. I understand completely that making any sort of lens swap would be at my own liability, but it would still be really appreciated to have access to tutorials from a more reliable source than having to rely on individuals who have posted content online.
All around, I am very happy with what was available from Designer Optics - Glasses Frames, online vendor and I will keep them in mind for future needs!

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
