The service is good; prices are good. You offer many frames I like. My new frame looks good except for its being crooked as the right temple is too high. The optician did her best to straighten the frame prior to sending it away for lenses. She said it might be require further adjustments upon return. What recourse do I have if it’s not possible to straighten it?
