1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.

Are the Wiley X Valor lenses interchangeable?
Yes, the Valor is part of Wiley X's Changeables series with interchangeable lenses for different light conditions. However, if you order prescription lenses, those are NOT interchangeable—prescription versions use a single fixed lens. Non-prescription variants allow you to swap between smoke grey, clear, light rust, and polarized options depending on your kit.
What safety standards does the Wiley X Valor meet?
The Valor meets MIL-PRF-32432A ballistic safety standards (the same spec used by U.S. military), ANSI Z87.1-2010 high-velocity and high-mass impact standards, EN 166 S, and US Federal OSHA 1910.133(b)(1)(1) standards. The lenses are shatterproof Selenite polycarbonate tested to withstand ballistic impacts, making them suitable for tactical use, shooting sports, and industrial safety applications.
Can I get prescription lenses in the Wiley X Valor?
Yes, the Wiley X Valor is prescription-ready and can accommodate single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses. The minimum pupillary distance (PD) for prescription orders is 65mm. Keep in mind that prescription lenses are not interchangeable—you'll receive only the prescription lenses you order, not the additional tints included with non-prescription kits.

T-Shell is Wiley X's proprietary hard coating applied to their Selenite polycarbonate lenses to resist scratching in extreme environments. It extends the lifespan of the lenses while maintaining distortion-free optical clarity.
