Overall, I was happy with the process of ordering my glasses (frames, premium progressive lenses). Ordering process was pretty straightforward, and delivery timing ended up being about as expected. Glasses fit well, and seem to be made as specified. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was given incorrect information in email communications on two different occasions. The first time, I was told I had only ordered frames (no lenses), which my order confirmation clearly showed was incorrect. Then, shortly after calling Customer Service and getting that cleared up, I was told my order was delayed by nearly a month because the frames were back-ordered. After a second call to CS, this also proved to be incorrect. Not sure what was happening with all that, but it left me pretty uneasy until the glasses arrived. I guess all’s well that ends well, but the experience fell a bit short for me.
