I wasted 3 weeks waiting for the Gucci GG09580 and they knew they never had them in stock. I order online 5/2/25. They placed order with manufacturer on 5/6/25. No follow up email stating item is delayed or shipped, until I called to follow up on 5/12/25, which they stated order placed and awaiting shipment from manufacturer. Called again on 5/20/25 and was told item was shipped from manufacturer 5/15/25 to be received their center in next 1-5 days. Although promised a follow up email noting update on status, still no emails sent with shipping status. Called today and agent stated that frames have not been shipped at all and are on back order for another 4-6 weeks. Ironically, I called my own eye doctor today to contact manufacturer to order frames and they stated they can have delivered in 2 weeks. This website is a lie, poor customer service and I am not even sure the brand name frames are authentic. Don't waste your time or money.
My entire experience has been a nightmare with designer optics. I will never ever purchase from them again. It was so bad that I actually ended up getting the glasses without a prescription because I refuse to give them any more money because the first glasses slid down my face and they wanted me to pay for a full prescription in the new pair I picked. it was a glasses issue, not only that, but I was told that they would discount the prescription on the second one and I could pay $50 and then when they sent me the bill, it was $250 just for the prescription alone. NEVER AGAIN!

I love the frames! They are cute and look exactly as shown on the website. My only issue is that ai had my prescription put in them and the glass is too small for the frame

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
