Item Arrived Dusty and Damaged

I thought I was purchasing a brand new pair of sunglasses. Upon their arrival and inspection, it appears they aren’t. Lenses were dusty beyond belief AND the frames were lightly scratched. Why? Very dissatisfied. Returned the glasses and am waiting for a full refund to be issued. Won’t purchase from Designer Optics again.
