My son has a ginormous head. He is a very large man and he is special needs his heat is a 8 1/4 so glasses usually are very hard to find and when we do they ..barely fit? Bend strangely. It's always just meh. My son has a developmental disorder called Autism but he is a level 3 non verbal person who has extreme needs due to his size. He is huge. So again, anything for him is never for him it's just barely suitable. Ok... now when I say he put these on and his whole world lit up like Christmas was brand new and he looked DIRECTLY into my eyes and said MA! I felt like he was just so happy to finally have glasses that were really great. He's treated them nicely (he usually gets angry because they arent comfortable or they distort his vision maybe? I cant be sure but he usually tosses them or destroys them really quickly. Not these. They were like glued to his face and have been. He doesnt want to take them off to even sleep. So needless to say 10 out of 10 would recommend

Total scam false advertisement. They claim to sell MiraFlex on the website, but NOT true! They will ship similar name brand hopping you don’t notice, but you actually get garbage for your money!
I love the Miraflex brand. My son has been wearing this brand since he was 5yrs old. Completely unbreakable and come in multiple colors. Now that he’s a teenager, it’s been hard to find this brand. That I’m glad Designer Optics offers them.

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
