Size DetailsBased on two separate purchases in the past year and a half, very satisfied. Responsive and flexible customer support with top of the line materials and brands. I switched to Desinger Optics because I’m tired of the arrogant and expensive treatment by optometrists and eyeglass shops: outrageously expensive and slow. I’ve been wearing rimless Silhouette Rx eyeglasses for 15 years and the pair I receive from DO are the original, authentic, brand name manufacturer and high quality lenses. I ordered progressive eye lenses based on my new prescription. There was a small hiccup with the new frames but it was quickly resolved, without question. After over a year of wear now, they hold up—rock solid as Silhouette promises— really well in my work in heavy construction where my glasses get abused (if they were fake, they wouldn’t last). The price for the new frames and lenses was about half the price of my regular optometrist. The markup of retail shops and their labs is insane. Anyway, I also had new lenses cut into an existing Ray-Ban frame that I sent in. It was a two and a half week turnaround, those lenses were made exactly to RX specs, very good quality workmanship and holding up well to a lot of abuse. I don’t know how their prices are so low but I’m guessing everything is produced directly out of their lab resulting in direct savings to the customer. If you have your prescription and know exactly what you want, this is the place to go.

Two day shipping? But first you have to wait 8 to 10 days to package things up. Then and only then will the two day clock start. They won't tell you that in advance. Tell them to cancel the order and they will ignore you and ship it anyway. Remind them that you told them to cancel it and they will ignore that too.
Just walk away people. Don't waste your time on deceptive retailers.
This is my second pair from Designer Optics and they lens are exceptional. I buy the best they offer and I save $300 off the price I would pay at my local optical shop

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
