Do you have a return policy

If you do not like the glasses you purchased will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please Follow those easy steps for returns Please fill out the form in order to get a Return Authorization, you will receive instructions on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return

Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.

Make sure to confirm us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have 

Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.

Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. We will refund the original amount of your order minus any shipping charges, and minus a $5 handling fee. Orders including 3 or more frames that are being returned, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

The refund will only be through the original payment, Credit card. 

We will NOT accept returns on used items. Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, clean and returned with all the accessories, certificate and case. The article must be sent in its original packaging. All the returned items is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits.

RX Prescription Orders cannot be returned, if you feel the prescription was done incorrectly please contact us, if we find that it was an error we will redo the prescription.

Returns received damaged will be deducted a 20% fee.

Please make sure to request a signature for the package you are returning. (If your return was not received by our warehouse and does not have a signature required, we will not be responsible for the refund)

    Customer service is basically useless. My order has been on back order for over 3 weeks. They refuse to let me cancel the order and I do not want to do an exchange. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never ordering from this site again.

    I ordered some glasses rimless and you guys messed up the prescription, the quality sucks, and you guys made em extra thick on the edges for no reason. I have glasses with the same exact prescription and are nowhere as thick and doesn’t even look like polycarbonate lenses. They seem so cheap and you guys definitely need a quality control department because they should’ve never let them ship out looking like that! And that’s aside from how long you guys took to make a crappy product
