My order was delivered late and as a result I missed an important birthday gift for my wife. When I communicated to check on my order (no communication from your side) I was told it was delayed at the manufacturer but would be delivered to your warehouse the next day. I requested that the order be expedited but was told by your representative “I hear you on the birthday but we will not be expediting the shipment” had the shipment been expedited while still being late to contract it would have made my wife’s birthday. This was a very frustrating experience for my and I will hesitate before I use you company again.
