Paid for express shipping on my glasses just for it to take a month and one week for them to arrive because apparently this company was on a religious holiday for that duration with no advertisement of their leave and its my understanding that the specific holiday given as an explanation when I reached out does not last a month. Never got a refund on the shipping because once I requested one I got sent to email a robot instead of a person. Extremely disappointing because the first time I ordered from here my experience was great but will not be ordering again after this, these glasses are far to expensive to be dealing with these issues.
