I am very disappointed and bitterly regret placing my order. I want a refund. I never received my order, and it was sent to the wrong address. Designer Optics never made a proper decision and keeps giving me the runaround, treating me like an idiot. I am disappointed and I do not recommend anyone order from Designer Optics. It's disappointing and disrespectful.
Customer service is not always responsive. They always take time to reply back and nobody answered the phone call when you call them
