Size DetailsMy new glasses are great! And I am getting the prescription changed in my old frames. The glasses are great quality. The customer service was outstanding. Very impressed. Thank you!
Customer service is top notch - always prompt and polite. The wait for my glasses seemed long at 3 weeks from date of order and I was chagrined when they arrived with very noticeably smeared lenses that simple wiping did not remove. This was not my first pair of glasses with Essilor's Prevencia coating and none have looked like this. I was on the verge of returning them when I decided to try a lens cleaning spray and, with considerable effort, was able to remove most of what seems to have been excessive residue. At over $500 for a pair of glasses, the condition in which I received them was concerning.
I ordered a pair of glasses and received them a week ago. They were not at all what I thought I was getting. The only real color is on the temple pieces. I was very disappointed 300$ disappointed. I have contacted the company but their return policy does not sound promising.
They have not returned any messages.
I was nervous ordering prescription sunglasses online…never again! Loved being able to get American Optical aviator glasses (not available everywhere, as I’ve discovered). Order arrived a day earlier than promised. I love my new sunglasses!
