Love these sunglasses. Only downfall is they make an indentation on the bridge of my nose. Hoping it doesn't leave a lasting mark over time.
The glasses are good, but they took a very long time to arrive. While the order stated 5-7 business days of shipping after production started, the glasses shipped on the 11th business day

Took a little longer than I realized to receive them. But that's on me not understanding the process. Love that my Costa's are now prescription.
Had to pay about $100.00 because they said My warranty expired. Also They had to place lens back into new frames, JC Penny Optical went out of business at same same time. Had to find new Optical that took my Spectera insurance, They said my frames bowed out because they were too thick. Its been obstacle after obstacle.

We need to be able to k ow how long the arms are on children's glass frames. The o es I ordered are too lo g for my 9 year old from frame to behind ear but from t looks great.
Designer Optics has been so good about answering my questions and getting back to me very quickly. I appreciate the fast resolving of my issue. However, I didn't like having to pay $9.95 for a return.
