I ordered emergency replacement frames on Monday, July 7 when my old frames broke. I was on vacation, scheduled to leave for home on Thursday, July 10. I paid $40 for overnight shipping. I leared two days later that they didn't have my color so they had to order the frames from the manufacturer. When I had paid for overnight shipping I expected them on Tuesday. The company should have called me to let me know why they were not able to ship the next day, or to ask if a color they had in stock would do. Instead, we extended our trip any my frames arrived on Friday, July 11. The frames are fine but customer service was lacking. When someone pays $40 for shipping they deserve a phone call to keep the customer updated on details. As it was, I never got a tracking number so I had no idea when they would arrive until a couple hours before they were delivered. It was a very stressful situation. I would not use this company the first time if I ever have to order replacement frames again, as there was no courtesy call. When I called and finally was able to talk to someone on Wednesday I was told he would call me back but he didn't. Customer service needs some work, which is too bad. I was happy about the price I paid for the frames, although the extra $40 took a chunk out of what I saved.
