Placing an order for glasses with your company was, without a doubt, one of the worst decisions I've ever made. The order took much longer than expected, and when I called to check on it, I was met with a rude representative. When I finally received the glasses, they were too small, and I returned them immediately.
My main issue is with your customer service—or lack thereof. It’s nearly impossible to get through to anyone. Contrary to what your automated message claims, customer service is clearly not your top priority. I’ve wasted at least three hours of my time trying to reach someone, and after all that effort, I still didn’t get the help I needed.
