Eye prescription is not right. It is too strong.
The product is just what I ordered and it is original, however, the service is terrible, I bought glasses that are considered luxury and the shipping was the cheapest, from when I received the email with the tracking number until today when I received the The package took 1 month... I'm just saying that if I pay more than 400 dollars for glasses plus 20 dollars for shipping, I think you could at least use priority mail as a shipping method, on eBay conpro nonsense for 20 dollars with free shipping and they use priority mail..... besides that, the lenses were stained, never in my life had an optician given me stained lenses, they were stains from the lens cutting process, I had to clean them very hard careful. Outside of those details of bad service, the product is good and by good I mean that at least it is original. I don't think I'll buy from this company again unless they have a very good offer on a lens that interests me, otherwise it's not worth the terrible service.
The glasses were what I expected and more. It came with the certificate of authentication, a large sturdy glasses case, and a gucci pouch to hold the case in.
I never received my glasses and there giving me the run around to get my refund it's a scam if you ask me

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
