Disappointing wrong prescription and misleading

I was so disappointed that my lenses were made wrong. I ended up having to get my eye dr to make a new pair because no one would respond to me and I needed them for a trip. So I'm out over $500. They did say I could return my Gucci frames only for 80% plus $9.95 and none of the lenses they made wrong which were $99. But again I am out so much money at this point I feel like throwing them away. This company dos not do you any favors and it took me two weeks to reach someone. Their hours are not normal hours so you cannot call when normal work before or after. Then I was on hold forever. Their policy is strictly misleading. You cannot have a full refund if you have a prescription- which is odd and not advertised. Who really would buy without a prescription? Disgusted.
