I found the frames that I initially wanted from my doctors office at Designer Optics. They were cheaper here, so I decided to get them. This isn't the first time I've ordered prescription glasses online, so I figured it would be fine. I went through the whole process of inputing what I wanted and strength (lenses). I wasn't asked to upload my RX or anything and I got an order confirmation. A week later I checked to see if my new glasses had shipped, but when I put my order number up they had said they were still processing. A few days later I emailed and asked what the status was and if they were waiting on my RX or something. I got an email back saying something like "to share your RX with us attach it to this email when replying..." so I replied back with the RX. I got an email acknowledging that they would attached that RX to my order. I finally after 2 weeks got an email stating that my glasses had shipped. When I received them the lenses felt off when I put them on. Like the more expensive lenses that I chose weren't the ones in the glasses. The RX seemed off too, and I triple checked before submitting my order that I had the RX entered correctly. The overall service was weird, and it took incredibly long to get my glasses. Also, I felt that I paid for something that I didn't get. I'm giving two stars for the somewhat help I got after I initiated contact in the first place, but other than that I won't be purchasing from here again.

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
