The glasses are fine. They fit well and the prescription seems correct. Where there is room for improvement is the customer communication. The order confirmation (2/27/2026) said "Ships within 1 to 5 days". After nearly 2 weeks (3/10/2026) I contacted customer service, the response was prompt and I was informed that the lab received my order about 5 days after I placed it and it would take another 3 to 10 to process my prescription. 10 days later (3/20/2026) I had not received an update or a notice that the item was shipped, so I contacted customer service again. They responded a few hours later noting that my glasses were in "the final stage at the lab." The shipment confirmation arrived 6 days (3/26/2026) later and I received them 4 days after that 3/20/2026 - 30 days after they were ordered. My complaint is not so much with the length of time for delivery (although not ideal), but with the lack of communication about the order. My local pizza shop gives me a step-by-step update when they're preparing my pizza. You could at least provide an update when the order is taking longer than what the order confirmation stated. If there's an issue with the supply chain or whatever, the customer should be informed.

I kneejerk order all black, but when the Matte Black/Anthracite - Dk Grey was not available for my last replacement pair, I ordered the Cool Grey/Black - Grey W Silv Fl, and discovered that the frames were made of a much more durable material than the Matte/Black which have broken at least four times with the slightest impact. Won't buy the Matte/Black again, maybe won't even have to consider if the Cool Grey's hold up.
