Don't go by any of the reviews - I did - my glasses were way to small, so I had to return them - it cost me half the purchase price to return them.
Will NEVER buy from these guys again - their loss - I regularly buy a couple/ three pair of sunglasses a year!
Never received
I thought I had ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses but instead got a pair to clear prescription lenses in a pair of Ray Ban frames. When I called customer service the first person I talked to was rude, basically made me feel stupid because I had not checked the "tint" option at the end of the order and acted as if any idiot would know that I was getting clear lenses even though I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses and chose the gold frame, green lens option at the beginning of the ordering process. He said I had no choice but to order a whole other pair of glasses at full price. Fortunately, I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, who listened carefully, explained how the process of ordering prescription sunglasses worked and admitted that the website process of having to choose a tint option at the end of the ordering process was not very clear. However, she said that the company wanted their customers to be happy, and she agreed that I could send the glasses back and they would put in new tinted lenses and would only charge me their cost for the lenses. So overall, I feel like the company lived up to its claim that it values customer satisfaction, but I only got that result by going above the initial rude and unhelpful customer service rep and speaking with a supervisor.

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
