The frames themselves are fine though they seem to run larger than the stated size in the bridge. The stated size of the frames is 5515-145 with the 15 representing the size of the bridge in millimeters. This frame feels more like a 16mm or 17mm bridge which is slightly too loose for my face but easily fixable if you add anti-slip eyeglass nose pads. The frames are also extremely light weight, not a negative, just a fact.
My main issue is that I ordered these frames with prescription lenses in the crystal color. The moment I tried the glasses on I knew this color was not for me so I contacted the company to return the glasses for the grey colored frames. Same lenses, same frames, just a different color. Well, according to the company representative, I can not have this done as the frames are now considered used. Apparently when you remove out the dummy lenses, insert prescription lenses and try the glasses on one time, they are now considered unusable. When I inquired about purchasing just the grey frames to change the lenses myself, I was told "that color is out of stock" even though it does not show as out of stock on their website. This company has terrible customer service and I will never make another purchase from this company again. Buyer beware!

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
