It took me a month to get my glasses. When I finally received them they did not transition in the sun! So, I had to mail them back meaning I'm without the glasses I've paid almost 600 dollars for AGAIN! After they receive them, they say you need to put glasses in the freezer to activate the transition!!! AND THE COATING IS THERE.. Please tell me why wouldn't your rep tell me to try putting them in the freezer before having me mail them back!!! Which leads me to believe that's a lie! I am still waiting for my glasses to be returned. I tried to use a different online company NEVER AGAIN! I will stick with what I know. Worst Experience EVER!!
First, I'll say I am new to having a prescription. It's getting harder to see up close, so I have relied on cheaters for some time. I wanted to find an option to wear glasses all day instead of constantly taking them off and on, losing them, or needing to dig through my purse to find them. My recent eye exam showed a slight farsightedness, along with my aging nearsightedness so I figured it was time to try real glasses. I decided on progressive lenses (which I have several pairs of in cheaters) but the glasses from DesignerOptics make me feel like I'm dizzy or unfocused when trying to move around. If I'm sitting still, they are fine. But it defeats the purpose of having glasses I can wear all day, if I have to constantly take them off and put them on. I wish there was a happy alternative!

1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
